My project is driven by a profound desire to transform the narrative of gendered and generational poverty, a cycle that cities like Manchester are all too familiar with. Recognizing that female incarceration often stems from generational poverty, This project aims to create a transformative space to empower women and children, offering them the tools to break free from this cycle through education, vocational training, therapy, and a bridge to the professional world.
