Its distinctive design diverges from the rigid structure of our re-organised Le Corbusier’s Radiant City and neighbouring buildings, showcasing an intriguing form and vibrant materials that almost seem to challenge the cityscape, serving as a statement of protest, as if it seeks to assert its presence in the urban landscape.
