2030 TEMPELHOLF VISION

The project is located at the Tempelholf Site in Berlin, Germany. Tempelholf Site, the largest open site in Berlin, has been stagnating for a long time. NIMBY-ism is used to the capital’s low density, and there is no desire to see it rise through the building of new housing units. The project aims to explore the possibility of building cooperative housing and refugee housing at the Tempelholf Site, as well as a shared space and social platform for multiple groups of people. By meeting the common needs of urban citizens, nearby residents, and urban migrants, the architectural complex tries to improve the quality of open space and achieve sustainable development.
