City of Natural Coexistence
1. As architects, to address climate change we need to embrace vegetation.
2. We need to reclaim natural habitats from more human encroachment.
3. We need to conserve existing biodiversity and improve it where possible.
4. Through the collective effort of humans, and with strategic interventions, we will cultivate a symbiotic relationship between humans and non-humans.
5. To do this, we need to understand the needs and wants of non-humans, and design for them too: be the beast.
6. This symbiosis will ensure a sustainable legacy for future generations.
