a City for Wanderers
A City for Wanderers the name I have given to my scheme, which is designed based on the externalisation of the Manifesto of the Anti-Destination: it is a product of the themes, philosophies, and principles written in the Manifesto, thus representing a way that the Manifesto can be used as a design document and reference for future (architectural) designs. A City for Wanderers depicts the new city model: the City as a Park, as a series of interventions, whose designs and principles can be re-used and re-designed for various cities of various contexts, all around the world. My masters thesis redesigns Mayfield as the first example of the City as a Park.
