City of Mixed Reality_A New Interpretation of Duck Vs. Shed
Although there are many research about urban cognition and navigability, but few of them that combine the navigation theory of the city with an Mixed Reality(MR) city that constantly changing building facade. Therefore, we decided to combine the theories and research of urban cognition with our future MR City Scenario and innovate a set of urban navigability computational tools that integrate the sustainability function can measure urban Navigability, Sunlight exposure areas and Carbon emission in such scenario, to assist architects in urban design in the future.
We are dealing with the future problems which are fully applied with Mix Reality technology in East Manchester and combine with our innovated approach to help us improve these problems in the aspects of lost in virtual city, extra energy and disconnection between reality and virtual world to develop a sustainable future city.
