I consider the site as a ‘‘Gateway’’ and a significant node into Victoria North. It can be regarded as an edge area now but in contrast, it’ll be a true connection and buffer zone between city centre and Victoria North.
I would like to design a congregation of buildings to answer the needs of the local community and aim to set a new prototype of user centric development as a main core of my project and which is mixed-use and multifunctional, create various activities and opportunities and consider future growth trends and integrate buildings into the site to adapt to upcoming challenges in the future, aiming to revitalize this forgotten and awaiting development site while enhancing the local sense of identity.
