Self-sufficient, Lifelong Learning Centre
Berlin as a city with a "poor but sexy" quality, attracts many refugees and immigrants. In addition, ithe housing crisis and increasing competition for resources, intensify the contradiction between newcomers and society. This project hopes to turn Tempelhofer Feld into an incubator to help newcomers begin their 'new life'. In a traditional construction process, the building is simply the result of the work of the building tools. The purpose of this project is to explore the possibility of combining architecture and construction tools to maximize the user's right to transform the building. As a public building, the school accommodates people of different genders, races, and ages. In the context of self-sufficiency, different ideas and lifestyles are generated here in the Lifelong Learning Centre.
