Feminist factory of Anti- gentrification
My project aims to be a technical learning and working space that provides qualifications for especially working class individuals returning to education.
Many workplaces don’t acknowledge the extenuating factors that affect their workers, financial issues, family matters etc. This makes it hard for some to adjust to the workplace. My approach to the factory is creating a building that promotes Intersectionality and equality and is far from exclusive.
Since my call to action is based on the idea of gentrification. I decided on the inner city area of Moss side which has been victim to gentrification and urban regeneration over the past couple years.
