Fallowfield is a residential area which is about 2.5 miles away from Manchester City Centre. Fallowfield has a very large student population since the University of Manchester started to set halls for student accomodation in this area in 1920s.
The aim of this project is to analyse the problems in Fallowfield caused by the influx of students and to propose a vision of a safe, healthy and harmonious com- munity in Fallowfield through the renovation of the public space.
