As a landscape architecture student, values such as sustainability and resourcefulness are paramount to the way I interact with the world around me. I believe in the importance of creating outdoor spaces which provide users with the highest levels of aesthetic pleasure within their daily lives and encourage mutually beneficial relationships between people and place.
As an undergraduate, I am able to offer three years of experience in detailed masterplanning at a range of scales, along with the application of SuDS and cost-efficient material choices. I am confident in my ability to complete in depth site-specific research including LVIAs and I am well practiced in using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop. I thoroughly enjoy the process of translating a design idea onto paper whether it be in a traditional or digital format, with my strengths lying in the production of high quality photoshop visualisations and construction drawings.
Returning home to the Greater Manchester area and completing my Postgraduate diploma in Landscape architecture has confirmed my ambition to one day live and work within the city, and I am excited at the prospect of transitioning into the professional practice environment.
