Victoria is a qualified architect, former RIBA council member, representing students and also sits on RIBA’s education validation panel and Co-Chair of RIBA North West practice and education committee.

Alongside her teaching role, she has previously been working in small Manchester practices; largely delivering affordable residential schemes for social landlords, retrofit of social housing and mixed use community projects. Recently Victoria has left traditional practice and now works in local government, within a strategic regeneration team in Greater Manchester.

Victoria is interested in rethinking design and planning policy to develop unique design principles which reflect and celebrate intersectional identities and support communities.
